Couldn't resist posting this one. And it's absolutely true. Sobriety will take years off your appearance but, alas, it works both ways...

p.s. I'm 50 and when people guess my age, they almost always say early 40's.

I love this. I quit drinking when I was 23. I'm 38 now and look younger now than I did then. Thanks!!!!!
