I cannot figure out how to link other people's blogs from mine to save my life? Can any of you explain this to me in a way that is a bit more simple than the clowns at Blogger? I'm not a dumb girl but this is making me feel like a complete ninnie. Sorry to sound so desperate.
I've been living in Wendell Berry land too long (aka Luddite-ville). I'm getting hip to the "boy in the bubble and the baby with baboon heart."

Help is on its way!!! (I'm heeere, to save the daaaay!!)
1. Google 'Blogger', click into it. Under the 'dashboard' your blog name will be shown.
2. Click on the gear to the right of the title of your blog, under 'change settings'. This takes you to your settings.
3. However, you don't want to BE in settings. You want to click the tab at the top that says 'Template'.
4. Scroll down until you find the area where it says something like 'here's where you add things to your side bar.
5. You're almost there. Under something that reads 'Links' or something like that, you'll see a line that has "a href="URL" etc... line in it.
6. Directly after the href=", you type in the address of the link, such as www.megdoesblogs.blogspot.com - make sure the URL is within both quotations.
7. Where it says Edit-Me between the > and <, just type in what you want to name the blog you linked.
8. Then hit the big orange button to save your template changes and republish your blog. Ta da!!
9. Also, you might want to highlight line with 'Edit-Me' in several times just to make it simpler to add the links you want.
